Evaluating Key Factors of Container Shipping Lines from the Perspective of High-tech Industry Shippers

Because of the changes in customers' needs and demands created by development container transport 1960s, global business has become increasingly competitive. With high-tech industry ranged with one few competitive industries Taiwan from 2002, shipping lines have been forced to implement innovative operating patterns meet evolving shippers. This study conducts a survey questionnaire domestic shippers explore different factors affecting their selection lines, evaluating key influencing maritime marketing's 4C framework: customer needs, costs, communication, convenience. It aims detect appropriateness correlation between them for selecting Fuzzy Delphi Method Revised Decision-Making Trial Evaluation Laboratory (the DEMATEL). The conclusions indicates management implications recommendations develop future strategies.
